The Egg in Albany is amazing. It's shaped like an egg. Go here to see it: www.theegg.org. As far as finding a venue once you get into town, this place was real easy to find. Every one was very nice, too.

There were 3 pianos backstage: 2 grands and an upright. A very nice upright. At one time, I heard Linnell playing a piece from the Well-Tempered Clavier. It was awesome. If the devil showed up at a Giants show and brought out Steve Vai, Linnell would have this ace in his pocket.
